  • The Facilities

    Q: Are there Showers?

    A: Yes! We have showers, towels, bath products, hair dryers, and dry shampoo!

    Q: Is there a safe space to store my stuff?

    A: Yes! Lockers are daily use only. Please remember to take your stuff home with you.

    Q: Is there water?

    A: We have a water dispenser and cups, but we HIGHLY encourage you to bring your own reusable bottle!

    Q: Air Conditioning?

    A: Yes!

  • Booking Classes

    Q: Do I need an account?

    A: Yes, please sign up ahead of time!

    Q: What class packages are available?

    A: Classes are available in singles, 5 ,10, 20 packs, and unlimited monthly.

    Q: Do you have gift certificates?

    A: Sure Do! You can purchase them online or with one of the staff when you come to class.

  • The Workout

    Q: When should I arrive?

    A: Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts.

    Q: What if I am running late?

    A: Get dressed and join us in the least disruptive way possible.

    Q: I've never worked out before, will this class be too much?

    A: Absolutely not! Our instructors are pros at programming and will modify exercises for you on the fly.

    Q: How long are classes?

    A: Regular classes run about 50 minutes and express classes are 35. They include an active warm up, the main event, and a cool down /stretch.

    Q: What do I do to prepare for class?

    A: Put on gym clothes and your favorite sneakers, eat something small a half hour to an hour prior to class, and bring your best attitude.

    Q: ‎What if I need to cancel?

    A: Classes are refundable up to 12 hours prior to start time.

    Q: I have an injury or medical limitation, can I still come to class?

    A: As long as you have the go a head from your Doctor, we would love to have you! Please inform your instructor of any injury or issue that needs modification and they will tweak your program accordingly.

  • Getting Here

    Q: How do I get there?

    A: We are about midway between Broadway and the Train Station on Central Ave in Tarrytown. It's a little over a 5 minute walk in either direction.

    Q: Where can I park?

    A: There are metered spaces along Central Avenue for public use and the Owners of 914 Orthodontics (at the corner of Central Ave and Wildey Street) have very kindly agreed to let our members use their parking lot. If you do park at 914 Orthodontics, please park in the back of the lot (towards our building) and keep your parking limited to 90 minutes.
